Quality Advisor Training
April 17 & 18, 2007.
The Oklahoma Afterschool Network is working with the Oklahoma Afterschool Association to bring the National Institute on Out of School Time’s Quality Advisor Training to Oklahoma on April 17 and 18, 2007. A team of Quality Advisors will be trained to provide on-going consultation and technical assistance to afterschool programs throughout the state. The Oklahoma Afterschool Association and the Network will be finalizing selection criteria and determining training participants in
early 2007.
National Institute on Out of School Time Workshops and Seminars. Highly interactive seminars focused on research based training for directors and staff, school administrators, community leaders, and others committed to providing high quality afterschool programs for children and youth.
National Afterschool Association. The mission of this organization is to be the leading voice of the afterschool profession dedicated to the development, education, and care of children and youth during their afterschool hours.
Southwest Education Development Laboratory. The Laboratory provides multiple training events throughout the year in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Education. |
